This type of thesis research uses qualitative research, using normative juridical research. The research method used, namely library research (library research) and field study (field research) with the location of research at the Medan District Court. Data collection techniques used are secondary data, consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The legal basis for the eradication of criminal acts of corruption is contained in Law No. 20 of 2001 on Amendment to Law Number 31 Year 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption. The consideration of the Panel of Judges of the Medan District Court in deciding the case has used juridical judgment based on juridical facts. Which have been revealed in the hearing and by the Law stipulated as matters which must be contained in the decision such as the indictment of the prosecutor, the statement of the defendant, witness testimony, Evidence items, and articles in criminal law. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of economic growth and population density had a significant effect on NJOP at a 95% confidence level. Partially economic growth variables and population density have a significant effect on NJOP at a 95% confidence level. The ability of economic growth variables and population density together can provide an explanation of the NJOP variation of 38.70%. Together, the variables of economic growth, population density and NJOP have a significant effect on the United Nations at a 95% confidence level. Partially economic growth, population density and NJOP have a significant effect on the United Nations at a 95% confidence level. The ability of economic growth, population density and NJOP are jointly able to provide an explanation of the UN variation of 67.20%. Simultaneously the variables of economic growth, population density, NJOP and PBB significantly affected PAD at 95% confidence level. The research was conducted on &nbsp;SD Negeri 7 Idi East Aceh with 30 respondents. The questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the analysis of the data indicates that (1) partially, independent variables of achieving motivation have a positive impact on teachers’s performance (t = 4.86 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> = 2.36); (2) the independent variable (achieving motivation, job satisfaction, and managerial principal of job satisfaction also positively impact on teachers’s performance (t= 3.20 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> = 2.36); (3) the principal managerial independent variables take part give a positive impact on performance guru (t = 3.21 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> = 2.36); (4) the simultaneous, independent variables does not give a significant impact on teachers’s performance (F = 2.00 &lt; F<sub>table</sub> = 2.92); and (5) were obtained the equations of the regression of Y = 7, 71a + 0, 02X1 + 0, 33X2 + 0, 26X3 it means that when there is an increase in the motivation of overachievers, the satisfaction of teachers, and the principal managerial it will automatically improve the performance of teachers.</em></p> Rita Sari ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2018-09-20 2018-09-20 1 1 16 19 Peran Media Cetak dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik di Kelurahan Bandar Selamat Kecamatan Medan Tembung Kota Medan http://ojs3.mahesainstitute.web.id/index.php/jehss/article/view/13 <p>This study aims to determine the role of print media (newspaper analysis) in increasing the political participation of the community in Bandar Selamat sub-district, Medan Tembung sub-district, Medan city. This study uses a quantitative method with a population consisting of 12 environments with a population of 4490 households. The sample is 2 (two) environments, namely environment VI totaling 527 families and environment X1 totaling 178 families, so as to obtain a total sample of 71 families. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely the two environments that have a high reading level of newspaper analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, questionnaire and documentation. To analyze the data, the product Moment correlation formula is used. Based on the results of research and data analysis it can be seen that the hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted, with the interpretation that there is a low influence (12%). Where the variable X (the role of the print media "Analysis newspaper") is very well enjoyed by the community in Bandar Selamat Village, but on the other hand the variable Y (the political participation of the community is relatively low). Therefore, it can be said that the role of the print media in increasing the political participation of the community is low. The research methodology used was the development research (R&amp;D) Borg &amp; Gall. the sample in this study were students and lecturers of Pencak Silat course at the Sports Study Program of Universitas Samudra Langsa. Based on the research objectives, to form graduates who have the competence to become professional teachers in the field of martial arts studies so that they can compete with graduates both from domestic and abroad. In the First Stage planned activities in the form of observation, interviews and comparative studies to study programs that have run the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework based curriculum, and produce a draft curriculum framework. Another goal is to analyze the potential of micro and macroeconomic elements in the marketing of processed plants. The cornerstone of thinking in this study is the concept of ethnobotany, ethnoecology, and local wisdom. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, document studies, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that there were at least 218 local Karo ethnic plants that grew and were known to be Karo ethnicity and their usefulness. Local plants for medical are 183 species, for culinary ingredients a total of 53 types, for cosmetics a total of 32 types, for magical number of 27 types, and for the cancellation of households (boards) of 7 types. Local plants / plants that function ethnobotany are those that have multiple functions, so that the total number of plants can exceed the number of local plants / plants used by the people. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal and intrapersonal with the results of physical education learning students of MTsN Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. This type of correlational research using 175 Baro students MTsN students, while the sample technique uses random sampling taken 15% from 25 people, and data analysis using multiple correlation formulas. This study aims (1). To find out the condition of democratic awareness in the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board (BEM) Organization (2). To find out the process of increasing democratic awareness in the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board (BEM) Organization. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. Data and information collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study are: (1). Conditions of democratic awareness of the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board include: freedom of organization and the establishment of cooperation, opportunities in expressing opinions, mutual trust and mutual respect, and having equality in the organization. (2).
